Founded in June 2018 with the simple goal to create a community of women in winter backcountry for skiing and snowboarding.
Mission
Women Who Backcountry Ski and Snowboard's mission is to connect women both on a local and global level to build community that shares experiences, fosters life-long relationships, find support, empower and enhance the backcountry journey for women everywhere.
Vision
Our vision is to grow an inclusive local and global community while promoting continuous education and highlighting the stories of regular women in the mountains.
